I've spent the last decade+ dreaming up weird, funny, heart-rending campaigns, partnering with incredible art directors, helping skilled creatives become effective managers, and kindly but firmly upholding the brand with that guy in product (you know the guy - we all know him).

I love the process of building teams, growing little ideas into big ideas, and making space for creatives to do what they do best. I encourage my teams to push ideas further — even if those ideas might feel too big or make the room blush.

On any given day, you might find me lurking in the local thrift store, plotting an escape to the high desert, or walking my rescue pups around Lake Merritt.
